Looking forward to 2017!

A lot of us are happy to close the door on 2016 for a lot of reasons, but here at Village Green Foods it’s been a good year!

We started production on quite a few new products this year – Garlic Butter Cream Sauce, new Marinara and Alfredo Sauces, Moles, even Etoufee, Gumbo and Jambalaya bases where the client adds the proteins at the store level.

We’ve now had our Cannery License for over a year and we’re working with a number of clients on their short run, small batch hot sauces. If you don’t already know this one, take a look at Lucky Dog!  The variety is really something else and the use of different fruits in the blends makes them stand out. And they’ve just switched to a sexy new glass bottle!
