OCC Hot Food Team Takes GOLD!!
Congratulations to the Orange Coast College (OCC) Hot Food Team led by Chef Bill Barber. The Team once again took 1st place overall at the American Culinary Federation’s California State Championships held in San Francisco at Le Cordon Bleu on Saturday, February 7! Now they start training for the Regional competition in Las Vegas on March 20 – 21.
