What to do with the extra food…

We have overruns from production and samples from R&D sessions that are perfectly edible. We have product samples that have been sent to us for which we have no use and we have ingredients from projects that have ended. What do we do with it all???

We call Bracken’s Kitchen and they come and take it away to repurpose it.  Last week Chef Jerry came by with their new baby truck to pick up about 1-1/2 tons of food that might otherwise have gone into the dumpster.

It’s great to know that the ingredients we can’t use are going to help to feed the hungry.
